Our B School enrichment programs encompass a holistic perspective with focus on filling in the gaps between the Class room programs and what the industry or outside world needs. The programs include practical training programs on Financial Modelling, Fundamental and Technical Analysis, Financial Reporting such as IFRS, Integrated Reporting, Industry and Project Guidance and Faculty Development Programs. We also conduct handholding programs that help the participants mature into 'on the Action' Managers. Some of such programs are listed below.

As Finance Managers and as Business Unit Managers, visualization of financial performance  is essential in order to validate the strategies that are pursued towards achievement of organizational goals. We design and offer structured programs in Financial Modeling in MS Excel and VBA.  

Fundamental and Technical Analysis in relation to an Industry, Sector, Business entity is a basic requirement that any Manager needs in order to make effective business decisions . Fundamental Analytical skills are not acquired overnight or by just undergoing a semester program. It needs imbibing of skills from experienced professionals in the field. Our programs provide extensive coverage in relation to the fundamental analysis of business entities including reading of Annual Report  and Auditor s Report.

Practical Financial Statements Analysis is a prerequisite for any Business Program participant. We impart practical financial statement analytical skills through our structured programs.

External Corporate reporting is an evolving process. Nonetheless, there has been a transformation that is happening at present. Corporate reporting does not just end up with presentation of financial statements, auditors' report and board of directors' report. Financial Statements are considered to be only one of the capitals that are employed by a modern day business entity. Scope of 'Capital' has been widened to include Intellectual Capital, Physical Capital, Social Capital, Relationship Capital, Human Capital, Natural Capital  and thus the impact an entity has on the respective shareholders need to be reported.  This has given rise to the concept of ' Integrated Reporting'.   As future managers, B School Students and program participants need to equip the concepts and techniques surrounding such an encompassing multi dimensional reporting. Importance of Application of Spreadsheets for any manager need not be exaggerated. Our training programs in MS Excel and VBA enable managers automate most of their routine tasks , while also helping them be independent of the IT Resources personnel for many of their routine tasks and functions. We equip the non IT managers with the programming skills that have immense benefits, right from automated MIS Report Validations to preparation of Financial and Operational Models.
